Over the last 12 months, our team at TMA have worked tirelessly to maintain service levels and ensure we didn't let the pandemic get in the way of our objectives. We have not stood still, we have stuck together, and with the invaluable support of both you, our members and our partners too, we have had our best year yet!

Here's a reminder of what we have delivered in the last 12 months to support you and your business:
We adapted to 'remote working' by providing all staff members with a laptop at the start of the first national lockdown - this enabled us to continue answering your mortgage criteria queries and any other questions via a call-back service.
Our Compliance team and Key Account Managers have also remained on hand throughout, with them utilising Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms to ensure they could stay connected with you and provide support and guidance where needed
We redesigned our programme of events, with the first Virtual event taking place in March 2020 and the launch of our 'Mastermind Alliance Programme' which saw business leaders attend coaching sessions and receive support with business development
We brought to you our first hybrid Conference on November 25th live from our studio - this saw over 200 delegates tune in from the safety of their own home/office on the day!
We launched the TMA GYM to provide business leaders with a whole suite of tools for keeping their teams motivated, to support mental well-being and also ideas to help diversify your income stream
We hosted Virtual HiiT Sessions, which enabled advisers to upskill, stay informed and obtain CPD hours throughout the year - and we're still doing these short, high intensity sessions now due to popular demand!
We kept our members updated on industry movements by hosting Virtual panel discussions which included poll questions & participation from delegates
We have expanded the TMA proposition with the launch of our new Wills & Trusts service, in-house CRM platform 'Toolbox', new protection platforms and have seen our lender panel increase to more than 70!
In November, we launched a new member website and refreshed brand, making it easier for you to navigate and enhancing your user experience
Although we were unable to host our much-loved annual awards event, we ended the year on a high and still recognised the success and hard work of our member firms (of all shapes and sizes!) via our award announcements in December
Since the start of 2021, we have continued to support you with the launch of more new partners across our mortgage, and protection offerings and have continued to develop our cost-saving technology solutions with the launch of new technology partners
